These terms and conditions apply between PT Sumberdaya Sewatama or its subsidiaries, namely PT Nagata Bisma Shakti (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the Provider of Goods or Services, or Goods and Services ("Vendor") as an inseparable part of the Agreement/Purchase Order agreed by the Parties. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to those written and regulated in the Agreement/Purchase Order.
