POSITION Driver Detail Detail

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) Prioritized in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Work experience: Minimum 1 year, ideally 2 years in the same field.
  • Technical competencies: possession of a valid Driver's License (SIM) of at least Class B1, application of defensive driving techniques, vehicle inspection (pre-operation checks), understanding of mine traffic signs and regulations, and operational radio communication.
  • Must be in good physical health to perform physical activities at the project site

Job Description:

  • Operate operational vehicles to support dewatering activities in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Transport and mobilize personnel, equipment, and materials as required by operations.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections (pre-start checks) and ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, perform light maintenance, and ensure the security of operational vehicles.

POSITION Admin Detail Detail

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) (Administration / Management / Engineering), ideally an associate’s degree (Administration / Management / Engineering)
  • Work experience: Minimum 2 years, ideally 3 years, in the same field.

Job Description:

  • Manage daily operational administration, such as recording data, documents, and archives related to dewatering activities.
  • Compile and summarize daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including resource utilization.
  • Manage data on manpower, working hours, attendance, and other workforce administrative needs.
  • Assist with the documentation of maintenance, downtime, and equipment backlogs.
  • Manage SOPs, checklists, operational forms, and incident reports.
  • Support audit requirements by preparing the necessary data, documents, and reports.

POSITION Warehouse Mine Water Handling Staff Detail Detail

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum vocational high school diploma (Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering); ideally an associate’s degree (Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering)
  • Work experience: Minimum 1 year, ideally 2 years, in the same field.
  • Technical Competencies: inventory and stock management, use of software applications (Excel, SAP), as well as material handling and storage

Job Description:

  • Record incoming and outgoing goods in the system and warehouse.
  • Conduct periodic stock takings with the relevant team.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against documents (SJP, invoice, packing list).
  • Submit requests and place orders for goods/materials based on stock needs and operational demands in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, and security in the warehouse area.

Qualifications:

Job Description:

  • Conduct routine and non-routine inspections of units and their equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on units and their equipment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of units and other operational support equipment.
  • Perform repairs on units and their equipment experiencing malfunctions on-site in accordance with the Site Leader’s instructions.
  • Identify and verify operational issues on-site that may affect the performance of units and their equipment so that immediate action can be taken.
  • Assist in providing information regarding the need for spare parts and local materials on-site.
  • Maintain good communication with all field team members.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, and tidiness in the work environment and the mess hall.
  • Implement 5S, environmental, health, and safety practices in all work activities.
  • Prepare and report on operational activities on a routine basis (DAR, DIR, PM checklists).

Qualifications:

Job Description:

POSITION Pump Set Operator Detail Detail

Qualifications:

  • Education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating pumps or heavy equipment.
  • Possess a valid certificate in Operation & Maintenance of Pumpset
  • Specific skills:
    • Pump operation and daily maintenance.
    • Daily Inspection and Maintenance (P2H).
    • Basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on pumps and engines.
  • Physically fit to perform fieldwork in project or mining areas.

Job Description:

  • Operate assigned units in accordance with procedures and original manufacturer’s standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections (P2H) and periodic preventive maintenance on pumps, engines, and related equipment.
  • Identify operational issues and apply appropriate corrective actions.
  • Record, document, and report detailed unit performance, activities, maintenance history, and spare parts inventory.
  • Work collaboratively within a team, coordinating with other departments and clients to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Take necessary actions to minimize risks and prevent equipment damage.
