Fulfill Obligations, Sewatama Pay Coupon Bond and Fee Ijarah 22 As well as the 4th Basic Installment amounting to Rp15, 5 billion

Jakarta 29 March 2018– Fulfilling the commitment to the agreement with the holders of the Sewatama I Bonds 2012 and holders of the Sukuk Ijarah I 2012, PT Sumberdaya Sewatama (IDX: “SSMM”) paid the coupon of bonds for the 22nd time and the fourth principal installment amounting to Rp 15,517,493,750 (Fifteen billion five hundred seventeen million four hundred ninety three thousand seven hundred and fifty Rupiah) deposited into KSEI’s account on Thursday, March 29, 2018. This payment is in accordance with the maturity date determined by KSEI, for payment of bond coupon or ijarah fee.

Sewatama now still has sharia bonds amounting to Rp 200,000,000,000 (two hundred billion rupiahs) with an ijarah fee of 7% per annum until 2020, then 8% per annum until 2024 and Ijarah principal repayments of 1% per annum. As for conventional bonds (SSM01B) amounting to Rp 581,000,000,000, – (five hundred eighty one billion rupiah) with a coupon of 7% per annum until 2020 next 8% per annum until 2024 and the principal repayment of 1% per annum.
