Sewatama Link & Match Program

PT Sumberdaya Sewatama (Sewatama) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Politeknik Ketenagakerjaan (Polteknaker). This collaboration aims to provide opportunities for Polteknaker students to gain work experience at Sewatama through an internship program.

This collaboration is carried out as a form of Sewatama's concern for the world of Indonesian education to form potential work-ready students and as a form of support from the business world for the "link and match" program, which the Ministry of Education and Culture is increasingly intensifying. Polteknaker, as a state university that has implemented a curriculum with National Higher Education Standards (SN-Dikti) and Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI), can be a positive synergy for this collaboration.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Prof. Dr. Yoki Yulizar, M.Sc., Director of the Employment Polytechnic, and Dwi Endah Nurcholisyah, HC Services Department Head Sewatama, held at the Mercure Hotel Karawang, on Friday, March 8, 2024.

Polteknaker is a State University under the auspices of Kementerian Tenaga Kerja RI. It has three Study Programs: Diploma IV in Industrial Relations (RI), Diploma IV in Occupational Safety and Health (K3), and Diploma III in Human Resources Management (MSDM).
