Sewatama Pay 16th Coupon Bonds Rp 18.7 billion

Jakarta, 30 November 2016- Since the issuing of bonds in 2012 from Rp 1,000,000,000,000. (A trillion rupiah), consisting of series A bonds amounting to Rp 219 billion (two hundred nineteen billion) with an interest rate of 8.6%, series B bonds amounting to Rp 581 billion (five hundred and eighty-one billion rupiahs) 9.6% interest rate and sukuk ijarah amounting to Rp 200.000.000.000 (two hundred billion rupiahs) ijarah fee amounting to 9.6% of each payment period for 3 and 5 years, have repayment of the principal bond Sewatama Serie A in November.

According to Nadia Diposanjoyo, Head of Corporate Affairs & Marketing, PT Sumberdaya Sewatama on the settlement, still has the Sewatama Islamic bonds (SSM01A) amounting to Rp 200,000,000,000, – (two hundred billion billion) with a coupon of 9.6% per year, and conventional bonds (SSM01B) with principal amount of Rp 581 billion, – (five hundred and eighty-one billion rupiah) with a coupon of 9.6% per year where both will mature in 2017.

Coupon payment for the 16th time by Rp.18.744.000.000,00, – (eighteen billion seven hundred forty four million Rupiah). Coupon payment has been deposited into the account of KSEI on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. This payment corresponding maturity of the conditions set KSEI, for the coupon payment. KSEI has been deposited into the account of the owners of bonds on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 before 14:00 pm.
